My Tesla suddenly started to shake on the highway during our road trip to Yellowstone Called and booked the next day appt here. The crew were behind morning already so after 3 hrs, Issue fixed!! They didn’t simply add some weight to balance the tire and let me go, instead, found the issue and made the resolution fix once for all. Back on road with smooth ride. It was a 20 dollar wheel balance service and they treated it seriously and made it right. Big thank you!!!

I have never been able to get out of the Tire Center in less than 3 hrs, even though my Tire Center appointments consist of simple seasonal tire swaps. You must make an appointment for your service, however when you get there they casually mention they'll be able to get you in an hour or two later. They do not have courtesy transport so you're expected to wait inside Costco itself, which only has seating in the Food Court area. In one instance the employees realized they hadn't gotten my keys from me, and called me after 2.5 hrs to let me know (which meant they hadn't even begun to address my appointment until almost 3 hrs after my appointment time); I was already back at the counter asking how much longer it was going to take. When they mentioned the mistake, I asked how much longer it was going to take and they said likely another 2 hrs. I ended up having to leave and reschedule for another day. Today was the last straw when I was told my appointment would be 3+ hrs (again, for a simple seasonal tire change). They clearly stack as many walk-ins as possible during scheduled appointment times, which is very poor customer service practice and a waste of people's time.

Had a wonderful experience with getting my tires changed in March. They were quick and efficient and ensured everything was taken care of in a timely manner. We had two separate appointments due to forgetting our spare at home to be mounted and they ensured that our appointments were a smooth and swift visit.

Bought new tires, waited 1 hr 40 min for installation as the first appt of the day. When I got home two were inflated to 26 and 28, two to 34. The form they sent with us said all four had been inflated to 36. We filled them up ourselves and I mentioned it when we went back for the final torque after 25 miles. The supervisor seemed unconcerned and asked someone to check their pressure. The guy took out pressure so they’d all be at 34 and then told me after what he’d done. I had just driven there so the tires were warm, and now they’ll be underinflated when cold. Scary for a tire shop to be doing this. Two stars because the price is right.

Thanks sooo much for Tony, I'm not from this state. But I was have a problem on the road with my tire. These guys fixed my tire very quickly. Respect. Really good, they removed the wheel, repaired and balanced it and installed it back. 🙏✌️👍👍👍👍👍
